The price depends on several factors like the size and type of battery, brand, and where you live. Usually, lithium-ion batteries cost more but last longer than lead-acid ones.
By 2030, the LCOS for standalone BESS system would be Rs 4.1/kWh and that for co-located system would be Rs 3.8/kWh.
