This state has a great potential for the off-grid PV system, especially in the residential houses located in the rural areas which are not situated closely to the conventional power grid. The components and guidelines for designing a cost-beneficial off-grid PV system is presented in this paper.
The content includes the minimum information required when designing an off-grid connected PV system. The design of an off-grid PV power system should meet the required energy demand and maximum power demands of the end-user.

Part 3 is dedicated to the specific requirements of ac bus configurations. It focuses on the design parameters of an off-grid PV system delivering ac to a load while using an ac bus internally.
Designing and installing an off-grid or grid-tied solar system for rural communities is of great importance due to the optimal access to sunshine [4-6] which can effectively meet the energy demand of the large populace in the area.
